Join Lt. Michelle Duncan of the Linn County Sheriff's Office learn about personal safety.  Topics of conversation include: How to handle going into a dark parking lot by yourself; trusting the gut when you feel something is wrong and keeping yourself and your family safe in your surroundings .

The workshop is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.  No registration is required.  Your attendance and questions will be welcome.
