ü SScammers are getting smarter, but so can you. Join us for a presentation on common scams, how to recognize red flags, and simple steps to protect yourself and your finances. Legal Assistant Sam Heathcote will present Avoiding Scams with Sam on Thursday, April 23 beginning at 6 PM. This program will be held in the Kirk Room, at the Brownsville Community Library. It is another fabulous program that is free and open to the public.

In this program Carolyn Petersen, a kidney recipient, will explain about the organization Donate Life Northwest, their mission and partners. She will present an introduction to organ, eye, and tissue donation, why it’s important, and what people can do to help make a life-saving impact, all delivered by a person with a personal connection.
